Please do not join this gym it will just ***** you over financially every single month like it has done to me since May 2023.

In February 2023 I cancelled my contract and was told now that they ironically had no record. I then cancelled again in June 2023, I went into the gym to pay my cancellation fee in full which I did. I was then debited R1596 again. I have asked for a refund and was told it will be done in 14 days. So now I must wait and not pay my bills because they messed up. I wanted to speak to a supervisor and was told they will get a supervisor to call me, it is now 3 days later and I am still waiting.

All planet fitness wants is money and not to help people get healthy.
