plattekloof branch doesn't hold their end of the deal

I get to my local gym Planet Fitness @ 20:00 on a Friday night just to be told they close early 20:00 on a Friday instead of 22:00 like the rest of the week, I was told by 1 of the consultants they will let me in earlier as I have an off peak package that only allows me to go from 19:30 and another to tell me I have to come in @ 19:30 in order to get access. What is the policy now with off peak packages? I would never have signed up if I knew the hours can change at any day they decide to, what use if my package then?

Also the TV's and music was switched off @ 20:00 on a Tuesday night , making it feel like they were telling all the clients to finish up and go home.. really ... you call that providing a service..
