PLATNESS FITNESS REFUSAL TO REFUND ME

Platness fitness is yet to refund me the R 900 joining fee i paid with Vitality. The Menlyn Branch confirms that the contract is cancelled and yet i still have not been paid my refund. It is ridiculous telling people to wait 21 working days for their money, it is just aimed at frustrating people who cancel the subscription. I cancelled the contract because I moved to KZN. I am broke now, I need my money. Please pay me my refund!!!!
