Platness fitness Mamelodi. Senzo the aerobics instructor

I have been the member of Platness fitness (Mamelodi mall branch). At the beginning of the club opening, we were promised that we will be treated with utmost respect and total professionalism. But may I say that it has been the total opposite of the promise. Not all the aerobics instructors know what they are doing. It is as if, some of them are actually doing us a favour by giving us classes. In the website, there is an option were we've been given an opportunity to speak to them. Whether compliments, complaints or anything you want to raise, but lo, just dare complain, then you will either be victimised or given a silent treatment. there is this particular instructor: Senzo....you just have to be there to see exactly what Im talking about. The guy is soooooooo bad. I have personally referred my concerns with the management and I was told that he will be taken to training....training came and passed, but nothing has changed a bit! I feel like I'm not getting the value for my money. I even laid a formal complaint with the Head office and I was told that I should check the timetables and try not to attend his classes. That wont be a problem if he was not given most box classes. And classes are being changed to schedule him without prior notifications. And does this mean I don't have to attend the box classes anymore??? Because I'm attending only 2 classes: (Ride and box) every time Senzo conduct a box class, meaning I will be doing ride classes. This happen more than 4 times in a week. I'm unable to attend morning classes, unless if on leave. But Senzo is doing 4 out 5 classes during the week.

I feel as if the planeness fitness Mamelodi doesn't care about us customers. May we please be treated with respect and given the value for money promised to us when contracting! Please, I beg!

We haven't had the air-condition working for the past 3 weeks. When taking up with management, you will see that they don't care if we complain or not. We have been told that the contractors will come and fix it. As for the music, its just another clown story. It is as if we are playing....

Senzo, the instructor is serving his interests and none of us as the clients. The guy can not be enforced unto us! The aerobics Manager: Jessica, doesn't take our concerns and complaints into account. It is as if, we will just have to deal with it.
