Hi we joined gym in march 2020 before the lockdown , which there was a special in that time for 2 months , no cancellation fee was not disclosed to us by the consultant . thereafter in November we want to cancel due financial status , they demand cancellation fee of R 1316.03 , which we are unable to pay because we not getting our full salaries . The consultant advised us that the contact was only for two months . The special fee was R 125.00 in March 2020
