Planter Fitness Randfontien General Club manager Swearing at a Member.

On Sunday the 11th Of October my wife and I went for our Gym session at Planet fitness Randfontien.

We have been member at many gyms over the years and have enjoyed training together.

With the Covid 19 Regulations there have been new rules put in place to ensure the safety of staff and members.

On Monday the 5th of October, we went to gym, We normally use Gym mats and these gym mats are placed on the floor for Members to use, then once they are used you place them in the sanitation zone.

I was looking for a gym mat and I could not find one. So I went I tot he studio to collect a gym Matt. I was then told that I cannot use that gym matt due to the Covid regulations in the gym by the Club Manager. I respected that fact and cleaned the Matt and returned it to the club managers office.

This past Sunday the 11th of October in entering the the gym I noticed that there were 8 gym Matt's available to use. After I was told a maximum of two were allowed on the gym floor.

The CLUB General Manager of Randfontien Just Gym was there to take our temperature and tag us in. She was also the Club General Manager who told me about the regulations.

I then asked her as to why there were more gym mats avaible?

She then responded and asked why am I being funny in afrikaans and then she continued to swear at me.

I then then asked her if she thought It appropriate to swear at the members of the gym.

I then asked to her to repeat was she called me and she reapetes the swear word that she used.

I have laid a complai t against this Club General Manager witj Planet fitness pending a response.
