Plant fitness business ethics

I have never seen such poor business ethics from a service provider. This month the gym membership was increased without any notification to the value subscribed in the contract.

When I tried to query this Dineo at the call center in Sandton seemed to have an indifferent attitude and was absolutely a waste of time.
