I do not even want to put 1 star.... The call centre experince is pathetically atrocious. 1. Part blame on the agents lack of knowledge. 2. Still waiting for management to return a call after numerous requests. 3. The system used to manager the contracts appears to be antiquated, outdated and inflexible to the point of unreasonability. 4. Website does not allow any conplaints to be submitted. 5. Brocken equipment takes forever to be repaired. HOWEVER, the on site staff do their best to assist with a brocken head office infastructure. A typical example of just taking your money and then poor maintenace and service.
