<p>I've been trying g to renew my membership. Took almost an hour to get through. Was sent an incorrect agreement. Requested corrected agreement. Was promised by email by their team leader at member renew that I would get corrected agreement by 12 Dec. It's 19 Dec and still no word.</p>
