Plannet fitness - ********** bank activities after cancelation of gym membership

I am highly disappointed as I canceled my daughter's gym membership at the planet fitness branch in Scottsville, Pietermaritzburg in January 2018 and paid the cancelation fees as requested but to date they still debit her bank every month. We have tried calling them but their phone system is so useless because they keep you holding with no answer for too long. We tried canceling the debit order at the bank but I am unsure how they still manage to take money off her bank account. Last month they debited her account twice within the month. We have no control over this stupid planet fitness now. What else can we do to cancel this membership other than canceling her account at the bank and reopening a new one. I've emailed and phoned and when I try the web address it kicks me out as soon as I list the drop down key to cancelation. Please help by advising what else to do to get this sorted out.
