Planner fitness colluding with debt recovery attorneys to **** people

If I could I will not even give a star. In 2019 before covid I signed up for a gym membership with planet fitness. Then a couple of months later covid happened and no one was able to go to gym. I got an sms that my account was in arrears and I was getting sms’s from Sayas debt collectors to pay the outstanding balance. According to them it was R913,46. I made an arrangement to pay over a couple of months. I can’t remember how many but it was via a debit order. At the time I was being helped by a lady called Miriam Matladi from Sayas and we were communicating on watsapp. She was responsive. This year I wanted to go back to gym again I was told my account has been handed over to another debt recovery different from Sayas and they said planet fitness doesn’t know of SAYaS recovering money on their behalf. That company was telling me some exorbitant i was owing. I I tried all efforts to reach out to Sayas to resolve the matter using the same whatsappp number I used to use but the agent kept saying they’ll come back to me and never did. Plannet fitness was telling me I will be blacklisted unless I sort it out by opening yet another account and this time it will not be with vitality but it will be with Sanlam. The guy who was helping me Thirsten ( Planet fitness) said it was the only way to be reinstated and to clear the debt he said if I took another contract it will close off the debt I owed but I kept saying I was towing because I paid through sayas but he said sayas never updated so he has no proof and Sayas was nowhere to be found . He said I need to be on a package of R449 for 3 months then he’ll put me back on Vitality. After a month of signing a debit order of R749 went out and when I sent a whatsap to the Planet fitness consultant ( Thirsten) +***2) who helped me before to enquire why R745 instead of R449 He does not respond, infact no one responds. I even tried one of the guys who also assisted in the beginning Nick +***5, he also doesn’t respond. SAYAs has started calling me again even thou planet fitness said they don’t use them. They are saying they want to recover the money. No one at planet fitness response even the consultant who signed me up Thirsten and Nick in centurion
