After complaining about Planet Fitness Carlton Gym regarding the cancellation fee they want me to pay for a gym which is not there I got a call from Paulina and they insist that I must the cancellation fee and I asked what for cause they are the one who are letting members down and even told her that I stay opposite Carlton Centre and the gym in Newtown is not safe for a woman to travel there alone at night all they care about is money not safety for their members.
