Planetfitness *****ing
I had a contract with planetfitness gym for 2 years. We worked well and I reached my goals. 1 month before my contract ended, I went to the 4ways branch to discuss my contract. They said the contract will lapse if I do not come in to renew it. Because I had reached my goals, I decided to let the contract lapse. 2 months later, planetfitness is still taking money from my account. Ridiculous amounts even. My contract was R400 and they have been trying every month to debit more than R900. Shame on these people. One would think they actually want to help people reach their goals but at the end of the day they are just *****ing!

30 Jan 2018, 09:16So they have just debited another 1500 from my account this month! I tried calling the call centre and the lady i was speaking to became agitated as i was explaining my problem. She ended up just saying "thank you for calling Planetfitness". I then called the headoffice trying to resolve my issue and they referred me back to the call centre to speak to a particular person (i assume the manager of the call centre). it turns out that his person (if she/he even exists) was in a meeting. Look Planetfitness guys, i have been your client for more than 5 years and this is the kind of treatment you give! wow. This has been the worst customer experience ever and it's still not resolved!
