Planetfitness poor service delivery

I have an existing contract at the Hennops Club. I dont have a complaint with the club, but want to add access to the mega club in Centurion.

All roads lead to the customer service nr, which i have been trying to reach for a week now. No answer. My emails and messages have been useless as well.
