Planetfitness is the WORST !!!!!!! rather sign up with Virgin active ?

Worst gym ever !! What they say and what they do is to different things . I skipped a few months and i phoned them to ask if I can pay them for those months and they rejected my payment and said that I have to pay the FULL balance .. I few days later the consultant phoned me and said that I can pay a monthly instalment if I sign a contract for 2 years . Today I went in to pay and they reject the payment once again and told me that I have to pay the FULL balance … they are so confused … and then they take the money out of my bank every month anyways ??? How does that work ???? If you need a gym rather go to Virgin active … The customer service is so much better …
