Planetfitness is the worst ever!!!!

Ive never seen such pathetic client services!!! Ive been phoning for weeks on end to cancel my gym contract. The call centre never answers the phone!!!! I just spend 20 min on the line and still no answer. They don't answer your emails. They never find solutions... this is absolutely the worst place ever. I regret signing a membership really. Im sure a gyms call centre cant be that busy. Doesn't matter what time of day you try calling. They never answer. Their consultants dont even know all the details. I was told that there is a branch in Potchefstroom. So if i move i dont need to worry. They will just move my things. 3 months later when i had to move i soon found out that there is in fact no branch there and im expecting to pay a cancellation fee of R2700. It took me 2 week to find that out... because they never answer there phones. So now it will probably take 4 week to cancel this membership!!! Pathetic!!! This place needs to shut down!!!! People keep on complaining and nothing gets done.
