Planetfitness all about the money and no consideration to there paying clients TERRIBLE COMPANY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Hi please contact me immediately regarding a complaint I have regarding your cavendish branch I will be taking this further and to hello Peter aswell I received terrible service to myself who is a current member and my wife who was about to sign up who will no longer be joining and I am wanting to cancel my membership immediately

I have been a paying client of yours and my wife signed up for a trial she was going to try out the gym and I was going to add her to elevate my friend who came along was going to take out a full membership and did the trial as well…both were denied access due to a qr code which had to be sent which was not specified this has thus inconvenienced us as we came out of our bed on a wet morning to gym when we were all denied access and told to wait till 8:30am when a manager or sales agent will be arriving bare in mind I walked in at 6:45am so firstly no superior on duty and nobody with authorisation this has upset my wife severely where she does not want to come back to the club and I am wanting to cancel with immediate effect with no further charges as this is unacceptable and terrible experience I have had Sarah was behind the desk and although polite she clearly did not know how to handle the situation and in return caused more problems as needed I am super upset with this company and will not be recommending anyone to join as I have had 20 years of gyming and never had such a terrible experience
