I signed up for a 2 year gym membership contract with PF. After the 2 years expired, it automatically went over to a month to month.

I then cancelled beginning of Dec for the that month, only to have them deduct a full premium since Jan’24.

I don’t understand why I need to give a full calendar month notice when I was on a month to month contract.

When I phone to try sort it out, I get attitude over the phone and no one can answer any of my questions.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with their service and would not suggest to anyone.
