Planet Worstness has worst Gym service in SA

If you consider taking up a contract with Planet Fitness reconsider and rather go to a private gym or virgin active. It has been almost 2 weeks since I first queried payments on a daily basis with Patricia Nala at the call center and various others like Fikile Mtshali and the customer caller line but ONLY in South Africa customer service is absent form big businesses. I'm not surprised though. If my debit order goes off at the end of the month I will take all emails and proof of phone calls to the Ombut and Financial Services Board. I will institute legal action in terms of the Consumer protection act. I am a practicing attorney and this will be a case of principal. I'm fed-up with service providers like Planet Fitness. Patricia promised that she will work on my contract upgrade but she doesn't reply on my emails as well as Fikile Mtshali. The customer email address is also useless!! Spare yourself the money, effort and frustration and DONT JOIN Planet Frustrateness>
