Planet Useless

<p>I have been a gym member at planet fitness plattekloof since 2011, when my wife decided to take out a gym membership, this contract I paid in lump sum once off payment. The contract expired in November 2015, in January 2016 I took out a gym membership at the same club for me alone, I duly completed all the forms paid my fees with the sales agent Mosaro. After the that I have been called by the gym not once but three times stating that I owe them money, which caused me to sacrifice my time, and visit the gym to clarify my case to a brick of an agent that does not understand when I explain on the phone. On Tuesday 7 June I had a another call from the gym ales agent called Micheal - he introduced himself stating that my gym account has been suspended due to lack of payment, however the gym is going to offer me a 50% waiver on the cost if I pay the balance, so I said please go and check your facts, I explained how my membership worked, the brick of an agent then said, no my account is in arrears until this is paid, I said do you not understand what I am saying , let me talk to a manager, he said the manager is not there now but the manager gave him this long outstanding account to resolve, I said to him I will come there later, I canceled two meetings again and visited the gym that same pm, I asked for Michael who was conveniently not available, A new agent came to help and he too stated my account is suspended and I must pay, I said to him find me a manager because this is now pure incompetence and where is Michael, eventually after me raising my voice an accounts lady came and said to me sir we found the error and it is needs to be rectified, I said I am not going anywhere I have been here thrice before and it was also a mistake send me that in an email now so if someone else calls I can just forward them the email, then another excuse, it first has to be vetted by a regional manager, and it will only be rectified in 24 hours, I said this unacceptable, the lady then said I will speak to the regional manager and mail you sir, it is needless to say I am still waiting.</p>
