PLANET *******! *****ing Money!!

I have now had it with Planet Fitness and the pathetic service that you provide to clients!!!!! Every time I call, incorrect and incomplete information is given to me and this has now lead to fights, frustration and Planet Fitness *****ing more than R2500 of my money in the past 6 months! Last year I was lead to believe that the membership will be frozen and only 50% of the fee will be deducted in the first month of "freeze period". When I queried this, I was told that it is 50% EVERY MONTH! I had to make such a scene for them to go listen to the call, only to be told that the agent did NOT give me the correct and complete information, she intentionally left out that it will be a 50% deduction every month. After screaming and shouting due to their lack of integrity and training, I was told that they will freeze my membership for free for two months. After having this terrible experience, I asked for a cancellation of membership on 5 February, only to be told that they will deduct another two months' worth of membership fees, as it is not a calendar month's notice. They then contacted me on the 12th of February and agreed to freeze my membership for free for two months, from March, leading me to believe that the d/o will not go off. But alas! Deducted the amount form my account this morning!! And their explanation?? No, we said from March, so your March and April d/o will not go off but your February D/o will. So again, I had to scream and shout to get a ****** answer! PF, why would I want to pay for a service that I am not currently using? Now I beg you, Why would I want to pay on the 1st of March (according to them for February) if I explicitly said that I am NOT USING YOUR SERVICE at the moment and do not want to continue using it! It is SHOCKING what you get away with! Do you not understand that people actually work hard for their money and cannot just throw it around because you need to make up for your losses during Covid! Let me tell you! We ALL had losses, and your integrity is shot! Sis on you!
