Planet ****ness

Called in to planet fitness to query my account that has been wrongfully handed over, no less that 16 times over the space of 3 days and could not get through once... that’s right 16 calls not one phone call answered.

I ask the question how do you had someone over when the debit orders have been going off my account successfully each and every month. Can’t wait to be done with planet ****ness. Absolute nightmare.

They will however answer your phone call within seconds to get your business in sales, where I spoke to an illiterate invilid who’s barely out of matric who had the audacity to threaten me and proceeded to hang up the phone on me when he realized I don’t take kindly to threats. Don’t ever take up a membership with these sharks you’ll get no service, treated like **** and have be subjected to abuse with substandard facilities.
