I CALLED AND CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP IN NOVEMBER 2023, AND WAS TOLD MY LAST DEDUCTION WILL BE NOVEMBER 25,2023. To my surprise money was deducted again in December 2023 I called and complained and reversed the money. Again in Jan money was deducted I called again!!! Now i being told my membership was only cancelled in December not Nov 2023 as i asked. Now I am being harrassed my endless calls from plat asking me when i am paying the the oustading amount? WHY was my membership not cancelled as i requested? I see quite a number of people are complaining about membership cancellation problems meaning this is very much intentional so its quite a norm. While at it use your precious to listem to your " USELESS RECORDED CALLS" and educate your rude agents
