Planet poor service!!!!!!!!!!

There were some unforeseen changes that happened to my gym contract and upon attempting to rectify this Planet Fitness instead cancels my gym contract.

I was furious upon receiving this news and was called Anna who works in the retentions department who was attending to my dispute about what happened. We then rectify everything and Planet Fitness offers me 2 months at 50% off of which I accept but a few days later they could not fulfill this because Anna doesn't know how to do her job.

I mean this company could simply just laugh off the fact that I said I was going to write on here about them as I did warn them. Before I could even write my review about how poor the service is in this gym retentions department, I was contacted by a male team leader by the name of Nzamo, might have the name wrong but he then promises me the world and by world I mean 2 month free gym sub and that would have really fixed it all but yet again their excellence for poor service.

They were again not able to fulfil their promise even when on a recorded line, not forgetting I was promised how many phone calls that never happened. I am always having to call to follow up and this is unacceptable.

Lets see with this if they address their poor staff ethic for conducting bad client services!!!!
