What a horrible group. Cancelled my membership on 9th January 2024 12:05 via Customer Service. Just to see debit orders still going off. Mailed them no reply. Send a message via Facebook saying listen you still debit money even more than my normal subscription. Lady phoned me she can't see my cancelation. I send them a screen shot of my phone bill with time I phoned (because in beginning they always say this call is recorded) now it's not recorded. They will cancel it now again and i need to pay. Horrible horrible service. Easy to sign up but can't Cancel!!!
