PLANET****NESS

<p>When signing up with Planet Fitness Rivonia last year, I raised a concern to the consultant that I may possibly move home gyms and asked if there would be any cost implications. The consultant confidently advised me that there wouldn't be. (Only to find out he **** in order to get the deal).</p> <p>I requested a week ago to transfer to another branch closer to me, and was informed of the transfer fee. I obtained a copy of my contract with Planet Fitness, and no where in the contract does it state that there would be a transfer fee ONLY IN THE NEW CONTRACTS HAS THIS ADDITIONAL CLAUSE.</p> <p>After addressing this with the Rivonia Club Manager and Head Office, they are not prepared to waive the transfer fee as Planet Fitness are entitled to whatever they want. Planet Fitness evidently are getting the reputation that they do not care about their clients, they will not stick to THEIR contracts unless it's beneficial to them, and are clearly daylight theives!!!</p> <p>To everyone who is considering signing up with Planet Fitness - DONT!</p>
