Planet Miffetness

I am extremely disappointed with the current state of Planet Fitness Plattekloof gym. The gym is falling apart, and despite numerous complaints, the issues remain unresolved.

The studio air conditioning has been broken for more than two years, forcing paying members to exercise in extreme heat - this is a serious health and safety concern. Additionally, the studio lacks sufficient equipment, and many of the spinning bikes are also not functional, making it impossible to get a proper workout. The ladies' toilets also do not have locks which leaves you vulnerable when going to the toilet.

The gym has also reached full capacity, but instead of improving facilities to accommodate the growing membership, the service levels are deteriorating. To make matters worse, the water cooler outside the studio has been leaking water for months, creating a trip and fall hazard that puts members at risk - an accident waiting to happen.

Planet Fitness Plattekloof is far from the 'world-class fitness facility' they claim to provide. The current state of the gym is unacceptable, and I urge management to take immediate action to address these ongoing problems.
