Planet Ftness Springs ..*****'s and ********

I joined planet fitness springs in July I recently had transport problems as I work far from them I I spend most days not attending gym so wen I decided to leave the gym I was told to pay a cancellation fee of more than R2000 I requested them to show me we're it states that the is a cancellation fee of any amount on the contract I signed but no response as I went 10times thru the contract the isn't such a condition.

So as I was still attending I left my new Adidas trainers which I bought wen I started gym in their locker's my towel & the water bottle and locked it but yesterday the 25/09/19J when I went back to get them the lock was taken out & so was the staff in it.

When I ask I was told my things we're donated to the SPCA I was told this by the receptionist TJ and Lerato all they did was laugh about it & told me "aggg sorry ull just have to buy yrself another pair" & left me standing like an idiot ..

What annoys me most is the agents who signed me Dean he never bothered to inform me of any of this conditions they seem to have that are not stipulated on the contract all they do is tell u how good ull look when u training..

Planet fitness is a **** for money they trick people into joining the gym knowing that if u try to leave they will drain you for money ....the staff is all smiles with rude answers and they do no care about anyone or the personal belongings of their client's...
