Planet fittness Montana - PATHETIC *****ULANT (In my opinion) and UNHYGENIC!!!!!

PATHETIC ! *****ULANT AND DISHONEST!! BE CAREFULL OF PLANET FITNESS MONTANA!! When i joined this *****ulant company, i was promised a VOUCHER of R700 that was part of the special at the time if you join. Inspite of REPEATED enquiries about this voucher,I NEVER received it. There was always a bunch of lies and *********** people not knowing what is going on. I have until today, not received it. The beginning of 2020 there was a problem with my debit order from their side and they were supposed to change the amount or something, so I paid CASH inside the gym. I did so for February and March, at which time they told me that I am now one month in advance and due to lockdown, that will stay on my account. I was also promised a free month because i never received my Voucher. I have repeatedly complained with Management about the PATHETIC HYGENIC conditions in the gym as they allowed people to to train without towels and then I have to go sit in their sweat and pick up all kinds of viruses. I have complained with the floor personnel also and nobody cared. I told them that I can not train in this disgusting conditions. When Lockdown started, I was told that I am in advance with payments and that debit orders will continue in January 2021. I have at no stage stopped any debit orders, I complained to Montana branch about the debit orders not going off and this is causing me to have to pay in the gym. This was never rectified. I never heard anything from Planet Fitness again. In October I cancelled my membership formally as I am a very very high risk for Covid 19. The cancellation was smooth and NOTHING was mentioned about any arears or anything ( please go listen to the recorded telephone conversation of that day). I got a confirmation email within 5 minutes, that confirmed my cancellation. Yet again in this email, NOTHING was said about any arears. Today i received a THREATENING sms from lawyers about arears. I called the lawyers, they said i must speak to Planet Fitness to cancel the case against me. I called your office twice and spoke to people who did not care about anything, they just keep saying " mam you are liable for the money" even when i told them that I cancelled, never got any info on being in arears and also even when i told them that nobody tried to run a debit order , they did not care. So... I need Planet Fitness to get COMPETENT people working for them as I have not had ANY communication about debit orders starting early ( after they told me that it will only go off again in JAnuary 2021). I have not received any calls. I just got this disgusting threat on sms today. Planet Fitness is really one of the most pathetic gyms ever. They are super fast to take your money, but they could not even give out the vouchers they promised to new clients - so waht does this say about them???? They try and lure you to them with false promises and then NEVER plan on doing true to their promises. WHen you feel unsafe in their facility due to UNHYGENIC conditions, they dont care. When you speak to them about accounts, they give you wrong answers.

Planet Fitness is PATHETIC!!! In my opinion, they are now desperate for money and now they sue anybody , they dont care if you are innocent or not!
