PLANET FITTNESS *****
Today is the 14-12-2020, I have now received a sms from lawyers today of an outstanding amount from planet fitness, the last time I was in the gym was 31-10-19 over a year ago. I have not had anybody call me or any form of correspondence from the planet fitness group what so ever so I had no idea about the ongoing account now they want me to pay. I am sorry If you corresponded at the end of last year or even the beginning of this year I could have told you I have cancelled and or want to cancel.
Please note I will be calling the lawyers you apparently have to collect the money to tell them of your wrong doings and I will not pay any fees

16 Dec 2020, 09:44Update regarding this matter after spending 2 hours on the phone with lawyers and customer service. I have to pay almost R4000 so I have sent them this letter as they are in the wrong.

I will not pay that full amount as this is ***** nobody has gotten in contact with me since I was at the gym over a year ago or have I had any form of notification sent to me or calls stating I am behind with payments. This needs to be sorted out but I will not pay for planet fitness wrong doings.
I have a lot of accounts what makes your company so special that they do not have to correspond with the client???
I WAS LAST OCTOBER NOVEMBER BY THE GYM AND I WAS UP TO DATE SO ADD A MONTH OF CANCELLATION AND THAT'S IT.
No correspondence no pay sorry for your stuff up.
