Planet Fitness......The Gym From Hell!!!

Planet Fitness is Holding me hostage where I am unable to use My Discovery Vitality at Virgin Active Gym. They are saying that I have a membership at Planet Fitness, yet I have never even signed a contract or stepped a foot in their Gym. Its been 2 Months without any resolution or proper feed-back from a AI Consultant. How is this even allowed to happen without my permission...........This Gym is misusing my personal information and falsifying memberships.
