PLANET FITNESS..**********

Hi.. I have cancelled my gym membership in September 2017 and Planet fitness refuses to execute the cancellation even though period has terminated. I was told that it was better to see the end of the contract out instead of paying a penalty which I agreed, this March 2018.After almost 2 years of being pushed back and forth from call agent to gym personnel my queries have NOT been resolved. I've visited the gym several times and gym personnel also assisted in cancelling the membership but to no avail. I've logged many calls and no one from the call center ever calls back. Planet fitness **********ly debuting my account and again this month a debit order comes off even after me cancelling once again. I can no longer tolerate this because one is unable to speak to anyone other the gym personnel who barely have any literacy to solve this problem. No one will even give you the regional managers contact details. I am owed thousands of rands and mysteriously my telephone calls which are recorded have all vanished. I was also told that after the contract expiry date, the contract automatically runs on a month to month, this is NOT what the contract states, I have a copy and no one has informed me of this. PLANET FITNESS I want my refund since April 2018, I will settle for nothing less. This is my last request to you before I institute legal action against you. I've frankly had enough of the incompetence in your organisation and that was the reason i left your gym in the first place.
