Planet fitness/Academy Sales ****

i saw a personal trainer ad on social media in October 2019 and requested more information about it and later in novermber I was called by a sales agent by the name of Pontsho regarding a personal trainer course at planet fitness called planet academy, and was told if i sign up during they black friday special of 2019 i would get a further discount on top of the first discount for responding on social media. (Note the full fee is R20000 and R2500 off for social media and with black friday special it will be R15000) so like any other i would be interested for sure, even paid in advanced an amount of R7000 and was told i would begin in the beginning of 2020 and would receive details from some colleagues of hers. Jan came i received no contact nor an email, i began to contact over and over with no responds until Feb had come, only after i sent an email stating that i am no longer interested and would like my money back I found a different place to study, was i welcomed by a phone call being told that all institutions only open in feb (whilst i was told Jan and funny enough had already begun my new studies in Jan not Feb), and was told it is my responsibility to keep in contact even though i never received and contact back. I later received and email stating when classes are beginning, so i sent a text to the sales agent stating im nor longer interested why are these emails being sent to me but was told that "Im just doing what needs to be done if you decide to drop out it will be entirely up to you." The following day i went to planet fitness wanderers to find the agent or management but only found the general manager who stated i should forward my problem to him to his email and that he would pass it on to his seniors and would later give me feed back, but like the agent i received not communication. which leads me to believe that all sales and stuff people from planet fitness just care about signing you up, taking your hard earned money and making a sale and than forgetting you like a reg doll with no interest what happens to you. I have check they website and it has no t/c's nor a proper line to get ahold of them, all thats on the site is under construction which is very unprofessional. I just want my money back the contract i signed with them does not bind me to them nor does it state i can not receive my money if they fail to provide the service. i will be taking this with my lawyers if my money is not returned and would definitely be spreeding the kind of place they are all over social media so that someone else does not fall for the same trap. I requested my money the most peaceful way i possibly know and was met with a cold shoulder so i am posting this for everyone i know on every media i own and to all my followers Im very disappointed.
