Planet Fitness: Your worst nightmare

If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Planet Fitness is run by *********** sales personnel, discouraging call centre personnel, and unavailable management. Their contract terms are unfair and unjust. I used to be a big promoter of the business, but I will never again refer someone and will always go out of my way to make a point of what a bad idea it would be to join this gym. They will make no effort to listen to and resolve problems. They will never be considerate of the circumstances of their clients. They have extremely poor customer service and only care about making maximum profit. NEVER sign a contract with this business.
