Planet Fitness, worst manager ever!

I had the worst experience ever in my life at a gym! As a new sign up I asked a simple question and received a rude response. I then spoke to the salesman who had a great attitude and made up for everything. After signing up I went to the gym manager to tell her that even though my experience started on the wrong foot the sales manager really turned it around and made for a good experience. She responded with a raised voice and an aggressive attitude obviously having spoken to the lady I had a terrible response from earlier. The manager denied speaking to the staff member about our engagement earlier but conveniently knew exactly what I was talking about with her. She continued to say that the sales manager that turned the bad experience around did not know the rules and the rude staff member I had dealt with at first was right when in fact she wasn't. She refused to listen and respond to what I was saying and was dealing with the entire situation from the perspective of the rude employee that it all started with (which, I may add, also did not want to listen to what I was saying but instead responded to me from what she had made up in her own mind)

I will have a very tough time going there again.
