Planet Fitness Worst Gym service Ever!

<p>Hi</p> <p>I Started a member ship with Planet Fitness I believe in March</p> <p>I went over seas for 4 months and spoke to an consultant At my Branch in Krugersdorp and informed her and she said we can place the contract on hold, she will contact Head office and arrange it...</p> <p>Got Back in SA last week and My debit order went of Today only to find out that I owe them R1400.00</p> <p>Why wasn't my account placed on hold???</p> <p>I phoned Head Office this morning, holding on for 6minutes</p> <p>Spoke to a lady and requested a breakdown of the R1400.00</p> <p>Still waiting!!!!!</p> <p>Also couldn't get ANY CEO contact details ANY where...</p> <p>At least Virgin Active provide there CEO details...</p> <p>I'm considering cancelling my Contract with Planet Fitness</p> <p>They have all my details and still not a single call</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Gerald Bosch</p>
