Planet Fitness worst gym and customer service ever!!

Absolutely the worst gym when it comes to customer service!! They deducted 2 months wrong premium from my account and now I have to wait min 14 days for a refund refnr PF ********** . Went to by branch in Hennopspark and was told they will escalate the refund and request a copy of my contract. Phoned today, only to be told I must follow up with the call centre and no escalation was done!! 3rd time in a row the call centre agent refuses to put me through to any manager as they do not take calls from clients!! I have been a loyal member of your gym for over 10 years and this is the thank you! SHOCKING!!
