PLANET FITNESS - WOrST EXPERIENCE

Last year October I changed from a justGym membership to a student Blue tag. I took my account details 4 times to the gym at Wanderers and they lost the papers every time and the admin staff was not competent to do the work. I went in again and someone helped me by calling the call centre and sorting everything out. After that, they would not let me enter the gym. Now you expect me to pay R2500 for all the months where I could not enter the gym? I have all the emails where I emailed the gym for help and nobody rep****. I hope other people see this.
