Planet Fitness Worst ever Fitness Center

I joined Planet Fitness for Fitness but it seems like they only sell stress. I was contracted for some amount but still they are charging me any amount and when I contact their customer Care via mail, they never respond and when I call them they never give any solution. they will tell you something and will deny for the same when you call them again. they will always say to give me call back but will never call me. I asked lot of times to meet their CEO but they never accept this request. I requested lot of times to share their HQ address but they never share. I don't know what to do with these guys. How can someone cheat you every month and we can't do anything.
