Planet Fitness worst company| Saya Debt Collectors

I cancelled my Planet Fitness contract in June 2013 which failed. I then contacted the branch Manager (Sean at the time) in september to cancel and he handled this process.<br> <br> In October 2013 i had my account automatically debited with R1335. On the 8th of October Sean assured me that the contract had been cancelled. Then many back and forth emails between myself and Sean.<br> <br> During this time the Branch Manager changed to Annelize van Wyk, and Oefentse Lerumo was helping me get a copy of my contract (which i still have never received).<br> <br> This back and forth with lack of feedback continued into November 2013 at which point i am left dealing with Annelize van Wyk.<br> <br> I had not heard from Planet Fitness until February 2014 at which point i received a Debt Collection notice from Saya threatening legal action against me.<br> <br> At this point the Branch Manager had changed (AGAIN) to a person called Brett, who after catching him up on this whole long saga said that the amount owing would be nullified with Saya.<br> <br> I then did not hear from Planet Fitness or Saya for over a year until today when Saya has once again requested payment.<br> <br> I have now tried to phone the planet Fitness branch to speak to Brett
