Planet Fitness. Worse company that I know..

My subscription at planet fitness Benoni expired 2015, I stopped and cancelled it as well, but still monthly the debit order is going off. No success after emails and phone calls.. Went to the bank to stop debit order, only 3 months then Debit goes down again. What must I do to get rid of these people? Will never go back to planet fitness again.
