PLANET FITNESS WONT STOP DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT THOUGH CONTRACT HAVE EXPIRED AND CANCELLATIONS HAVE BEEN DONE

Good day. My two sons and a friend joined Planet Fitness in January 2019. It was a year contract..... with no mentioning of the year contract rolling over in a month to month contract afterwards.

In 2020 they left Newcastle where they have joined and ever since then Planet fitness is still deducting their monthly fee from my bank account. Various attempts have been made to cancel the membership but to no avail. Phone calls have been made - emails have been send but they are still deducting the membership fee from my account.

This is totally unacceptable and now even their land line number which you are supposed to call when dealing in these matters are not in use *** - when going to the local planet fitness branch all they tell you is that they can not cancel the contracts - you need to phone their head office on that number. Well that number was phoned various times to cancel the contract and today when I tried to phone again the number is not in use.

This is very frustrating and infuriating and boils down to ******** behavior.

HOW CAN I GO ABOUT TO HAVE THESE SCOUNDRILS STOP TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT !!!!!
