Planet Fitness WHY?

first of all , planet fitness costumer care never gets back to you, seems like there is no customer care to be honest. Secondly planet fitness in northmead square hardly has enough equipment and you sometime stand in que to use a machine or there's the case where someone juts sits on a machine and play on their phone. Should have never gotten a new contract after mine expired.
