Planet Fitness, what a disgrace.

I was shocked to see and hear today, how this company treats one of its best members. It's funny how many members this one client has referred to them, and still, they treat him this way.

I would certainly warn anyone to ask about Planet Fitness cancelation process and hidden fees before signing up with them.

The Planet Fitness Call Center and Retention Teams are a disgrace.
