Planet fitness westwood mall SUCKS!!!

After seeing my contract status with the gym i see that i took out a contract with them in 2016. In their terms and conditions clearly state that they will notify me 40 days before my contracts ends or is then up for renewal. As you can guess no one ever notified me on my contract coming to an end and they never notified me that my contract is switching to month to month. Clearly they dont care about the concerns of the clients at their gym.

Coming to the end of 2020 and this covid pandemic Planet Fitness decided to take off levy fees after only being open for less than 50% of the year, which for me is ridiculous to pay a full years worth of levy if they only provided half of their services.

Planet fitness westwood mall is only their to **** manipulate and create problems for their clients,very quick to take your money but very slow to assist in any manner or form

They have decided to debit me twice and add a levy fee on top of that even though the whole world is feeling the effect of covid, they dont care how u will be able to pay it, they only care that they get their money on time or your complete experience at planet fitness will come to a abrupt end(blocking u at the gate)

They have closed most of their facility and their rules due to covid but they still demand full payment for services not provided: 1: sauna NEVER worked and now “closed during covid” 2:times of training changed in a manner that it is harder to get to gym and get the workout done completely. 3: machines always seem to break and take 2-3months to get fixed. 4: the structures in the building is falling apart and it takes them about a year to fix the problem 5: they now have a limited amount of people allowed in the gym which makes it also very hard to work with the stupid hours that they have put into place

They simply dont abide by their own rules or contract but still expect the client to pay in full without complaints

It is defiantly the worst gym to train at and i don't recommend it to anyone EVER. If i could i would make it my lifes work to make sure that no one every falls for their stupid gym and stupid contracts.
