Planet fitness Westwood mall Is pathetic

Today I go to gym (planet fitness Westwood mall Durban) and see all blocks are removed and there's over 60 spots on the floor of the main studio. People were all over the place in each other's space not enough social distancing. Management who think the know it all and have no care or consideration jumped to put extra spots and there wasnt enough equipment for everyone. Nor did the good for nothing management tell the members how or where to stand.

Second class was box. I was scared the ladies on either side of me were going to punch me or kick me. That's how close they were coming to me I had to leave.

I asked Dylan the manager if the aircon will be working all year round because of how many people they putting into a small class and so close. His reply was he can't make promises that the aircon will be working its a mechanical fault. Mind you the studio aircon has been working on 50% the whole of last year uptil now excluding the months it wasn't working at all and they would have a problem with leaving the studio door open.

The reception section still doesn't nt have air-conditioning for almost a year and the spin studio.

We still charged a yearly maintenance fee with nothing maintained.

The health department needs to intervene
