Planet Fitness Westwood Mall is a joke

PLANET FITNESS WESTWOOD MALL IS A JOKE.

They are constantly signing on new members to a gym that is NOT COVID19 Compliant and does not give a damn about paying members.

The aircon in the spin studio has not been operational for a year, zero air circulation or ventilation. They have put a China Mall fan at the front to make up for the fact that they are breaking all Covid19 regulations. That cheap fan cools two or three people in the front of the class and we must all suffocate in this COVID9 hotbed.

The aircon at the front of the gym has also not worked for the past year. Their members and poor staff and marinating all day in this hot and humid environment.

I have been advised by two people that managers get incentive bonuses when they do not spend spend money on their respective branches.

SO DON'T fix the air conditioner and get money in your pocket.

The main studio has one working speaker and one broken speaker for display purposes.

They are always out of paper rolls and put toilet paper in its place.

**** POOR management.

Disgusting

They are happy to sign on more members and take our money and fail to adhere to health and safety regulations.

They need to be taken to task by the Department of health.

Management are augmentative and never listen.

They have now taken a class capacity of 19, with safe social distance and added 41 more people inside, tripling the amount all because they do not want to pay instructors to do more classes they would rather put more people inside with little to no social distance. Money savers risking lives.

If they want to accommodate more members then they need to add more classes and not add more people into the classes. Absolutely selfish.

I did a box class last night and almost got kicked by the lady next to me so many time because we were that close. Injury in there is imminent. The sticker IN front on the pillar means the person standing there will literally be standing behind someone's asshole.

i complained on their Instagram account that the Westwood Mall branch was not compliant and i was blocked. Definitely taking this to social media.

I am going to insist that the health department investigate further.

2022 is the PF will mend their ways.
