Planet fitness Westwood mall harassment by reception trainee

On the 9th of September. I was harassed by trainee Sam @planetfitness Westwood mall. For my small gym backpack that was left against a pillar behind me. Before the class could start she came into the studio. Ignoring and passing all members at the back with bags and came straight to me and told me to remove my bag as weights were been ******. I told her they can search my bag when I was leaving I have no issues. Trainee Sam then changes her story and says it's for health and safety. She insisted and stood there until I folded my now empty bag with just tissues in it and place it inside the draw string bag that's apparently allowed (makes no sense) that has my sanitizers in it. Trainee Sam then tells me to pull the draw string close infront of her and stood there like a bully untill I did it and starts to walk towards the door. My sister had to stop her and ask her why is she not telling the other ladies about their bags which were bigger.

During the weights class/track. My sister needed a tissue which was now in the backpack inside my sanitizer bag. So she took the tissue and asked if I could take out all the tissues and put the bag in after the track and left the empty/flat bag behind me.

Trainee Sam then comes in middle of the track. Passes members with their leather bags, opened, and comes straight for me. 10cm away from my face, breathing in my face insisting while I have a bar and weights in hand to remove my bag. Which I rep**** I am putting it away after the track and that I have weights in my hand,i have medical issues, she was so close to me I could of injured myself. she wouldn't move as I was trying to do the workout and wouldn't let me complete the last minute of the track.

I moved away. She came close breathing on me. Saying she will take it to higher management. I told her do it cause you are now harrasing me and I will take this to hello Peter and the media she had the nerve to tell me to do it.

I moved further away, Trainee Sam again came 10cm aways from my face. Finally my sister stood up in the middle of the workout to ask her what is her problem and to go do her job. She then proceeded to go close to my sister pointing at her.

Fast foward to complaining to Gavin. After having spoken to witnesses including the trainer who's class we attended and who was directly infront of me.

It's apparently "under investigation" dnt know why when he was told what trainee Sam did to me. Also that it's apparently gone to HR and he will no longer comment on this matter. So basically to hell with members who pay their salaries. Trainee Sam continues to have stare downs and giggle with the reception manager when we around.

Gavin also till date has not told us which manager sent her directly to me on the 9th. Reception manager or ex manager Kelly. Planet fitness Westwood mall has zero standards when it comes to employing staff. Zero respect, morals, ethics or have basic manners.
