Planet fitness Westwood mall aircon still not working!!!!

As usual and one year later the aircon at Westwood mall Durban is still not working at the reception area. On Monday the main studio's " 50% "working aircon stopped working. 2 cheap fans were put inside the studio. Come today the aircon still isn't fixed. We had two high intensity classes back to back and many of us after the 1st class felt faint and flustered. It was extremely hot and with them adding more people to the classes and no ventilation it was extremely uncomfortable, unbearable and hot. Members had to leave the class and couldn't make it. I had to ask them to open the emergency door which 1stly is dangerous and 2ndly didn't help. What was even more funny was the managers coming and checking if the aircon is working when they know it's not working from Monday and that's the reason for the extra fan. Planet fitness is going to end up with members fainting, heartattacks or worse because of their greed and dont care attitude. Managers need to stop worrying about filling their pockets with monthly bonuses and fix the aircon. The health department needs to intervene ASAP
