PLANET FITNESS WESTVILLE - WORST CLIENT SERVICE ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED UP

If I could give a zero rating I would. The service is shocking to say the least. I am due a credit on my membership as they deducted funds from my bank account for over 4 months for the black tag that I cancelled. The sales consultant I dealt with left and I had to take the matter up with the Manager. I sent an email more than 2 months ago to the Manager, been to the gym to see him a few times and every time he is not there AND even left my phone number at reception and STILL I have had not feedback. Been sending emails to him and Customer Service and to date I still have not receive a credit on my membership for the 4 months of paying for a black tag. They are very quick to sign you up for the membership, and then when you have queries or concerns they are no where to be found!!!!!
